DEANS PAWNSHOP IS THE BEST PAWN SHOP IN WEST VIRGINIA DEAN IS A GREAT GUY WITH A HEART OF GOLD I WAS WORKING ON A GUITAR I HAD BOUGHT from another pawn shop to give a couple of children who had nothing for Christmas and was told it worked great well I've had to replace almost everything in it and one day I stopped by DEANS PAWN and asked if he would please sell me any parts or junk guitars that he had so I could help these kids have something for Christmas and he said he would check and a few minutes later he brought out 2 electric guitars that needed just a little work and gave them to me for free to help me give these kids a something for Christmas and I just would like to say please go see DEANS PAWNSHOP FIRST if you are looking for a great deal on anything or if you need a few extra bucks till payday he always treats his customers right I have been going to DEANS PAWNSHOP since I was just a kid my father liked going and seeing all of the great deals. I wish everyone had a good heart like this man this world would be a much better place to live! Oh Dean and no one employed by DEANS PAWN has asked for anything this review is based on my experience alone and I recommend this business very highly it's a business with a heart thank you!!!!

I Recommend That no one Shops at this store.Went in to do some shopping they didn't have what I was looking for.But my wife was looking around as well. While I was they ended up accusing her of stealing. She had stepped outside the door waiting on me. When one of the workers walked out to her. Then asked her where the box was? She had and was looking at earlier he had a attitude about it. She told him it was inside and he made her walk back in to show him. He never apologized for it instead like I said he was all attitude. Before this happened I was wanting to trade a pistol I own. But they said they couldn't take it. Even tho the pawnshop down the street said they would give me 200.00 on it for a trade in for another gun. So on top of them doing that to my wife they are all about ripping people off I will never go back

This place is a rip off. I had something on layaway and instead of giving store credit. They want to charge a 50 dollar fee to hang it back up in the store. To me, that is bs. I will never go here again, atleast other pawn stores give you store credit on the money you gave them.
