I just made a purchase at Ashley Outlet in St. Albans, WV. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Sales Manager Morgan was very patient as I looked for the “right” furniture for my needs. We all had a fun time - joking, laughing, etc. This is how real professionals do it - knowledge and expertise, along with a great personality. Thank you, Ashley!

I came to the conclusion that I hated my old couch. I hated it so much. I hated it at such a high level, I banned it to never reenter the house. I womanhandled the old, abused couch onto the front porch at 7AM by myself. I hated it! My living room is now bare. I needed somewhere to sit, work, nap and snuggle with all the babies. I was referred to Morgan by a rather handsome gentleman.Morgan was very patient as I went from piece to piece. From the comfy oversized chair, to the sofas and sectionals and back to the oversized chair again and again. He had an answer for every question I posed. He knew his products well and didn’t pressure me into buying for the sake of buying.In the end, I made a well-informed decision on a SUPER comfy sectional and got a great deal!! The process was as seamless as I allowed, thanks to Morgan. I will miss that soft, comfy oversized chair!I took the handsome gentleman out to dinner as a thank you for the referral. Morgan can feed himself.

My one star is not a reflection on the staff. My one star review has everything to do with the fact that this is suppose to be an outlet. The price is the same as the regular Ashley stores. The word outlet needs to be removed from the name.

Morgan was a fantastic sales rep. He greeted us, let us browse and answered every question we had about the pieces we were interested in. He answered additional questions we had later and was great assisting with the sale. He also helped out when I was trying to get a large piece upstairs and actually went to the sales floor to pull the backs off of a similar piece to see if that would lighten the load and help get the piece around a stair corner. We haven't hd the furniture long enough to leave a valid review but it is comfortable and looks great so far. If it holds up as well as our sales experience went well be in great shape for years to come.
