I knew walking in the door this wasn't top of the line items, the sales staff and manager ( I assume only because he had button up shirt and tie not a polo shirt) were just lounging in the furniture and on their phones. No greeting as I entered the building. I had to approach them not them approaching me. Then what I wanted wasn't in stock ? and remained that way going on 4 months.

I had a bad experience there a few months ago, yet gave them another chance today. When entering, a salesman greeted me and ask what he could help with. We were looking for a couch and at first he seemed helpful. When I asked if he knew the dimensions of the couch, he said I'll go get a tape measure and check. I watched as he walked away and stopped to talk to another salesman then went to the counter and was talking to a lady. I sat there waiting for 13 minutes to look up and all 3 salesman were up front on their phones, talking and laughing. I headed for the door and one of the salesman said "come back and see us hun!" Why would I? Customer serive there is non existent and is probably the reason I only see 2 cars at the most in their parking lot..... a 1 star is too high of a rating for me and I will never go back there again!

Annissa was so wonderful, patient, and helpful while helping us pick a mattress! Even while my two children were being uncooperative. She was so kind! Wonderful service!

My visit was exceptionally pleasant to this location. I didn’t feel forced or pushed to buy anything like I’ve been at other furniture stores. Although I didn’t find what I was looking for, the employees I encountered were friendly & helpful. If need furniture in the future I will come back to visit your store.

My experience with this store was great...i was greeted instantly by a Chris...he was very friendly & welcoming & asked did i need help...he showed me to the oversized chairs i wanted to look at & told me the price ranges & said if i needed any more help let him know...i'll definitely be back to visit this store when i want to purchase furniture

Got my kiddos full size mattress here years ago. Almost 8 years later it’s still as good as new with just the right balance of soft and firm.
