Buyer be wary of purchasing large items here. They try to repair defective products and do not replace them so you get stuck with a brand new item that no longer works properly or at all! Even with a recipe they would not return a tiller purchased three days prior (purchased Friday, tried to use Saturday, closed sunday) that stopped working within 15 minutes of operation and after a month in their shop waiting for a replacement piece for the defective carburetor I finally got it back but to start it I was told I was going to have to cover the vent with one hand while I tried to start it with the other. Brand new, has to be jimmyed to work? And when I asked for a return I was told no because it "would be money out of [his] pocket". Bad way to run a business!

we bought a stove early this year the oven stopped working a month ago and been waiting on a part ever since so now I can't use my stove and have to waste money eating out. they should have offered to replace it so I can cook but they haven't so im very mad and wish I never bought the stove now

Service and product is great. From a screw or bolt to old timey fuses... it’s there. Parts for the lawnmower and new appliances and chairs , it’s there. Had a friend looking for a air filter for a generator, told her to go to McIntosh , it was there!

Upon entering the store. A young man asked if we needed help. I said yes please. We need som dial pins. He has stated the had deliverys. A few minutes prior upon .My husband and myself arriving. So they were back in a corner. Hard to get to. No problem. He did it. What great customer service. And so polite. Plus he helped me find paint and glue. Just saying" ill be back" ? seriously Gave me a smile. And my husband as well. THANKS MCINTOSH ?
