“I bought 2 doors for my daughter's car. I was surprised to find they had both doors that were actually the right color!! Got them put on you can't even notice any color difference at all !! Amazed !! The guys were really nice, they loaded them up and sent us on our way. Would definately refer anyone to check on any parts they need.”

“I read through several reviews on this shop a few years ago while deciding on a lift for my truck, I can tell you this. My personal experience with this Shop has never been anything less than Perfect! I have had lifts installed several different accessories and have never had a bad experience. This Guy works more hours than anyone I know hands down! Honestly If you are needing something Call or Stop by the shop if you can't get him by phone try Facebook Messenger leave him a message give him some time believe me his work is worth the wait. “Excellent customer service from this shop. I took my bike in for a full service. Had the tires chain plugs cables replaced.My bike was done in a decent time..the kicker is during that time I had 2 family members pass away a month apart 1 being my mom and it required me to travel to NJ twice and it drained my savings..These guys were so polite and professional they made no fuss about my bike being there longer than I expected. They understood life deals a bad hand sometimes at the worst possible times. I wish I remembered the fellas name I was in contact with. He has top notch customer service skills and more businesses need guys like that capable of empathy. So my very next pay I went and picked up my bike. She rides so smooth now new tires really make a difference in the ride. If your reading this take your bike here for all its service needs. I won't be taking my bike any place else but here. Thankyou RG for your hard work and understanding it meant a lot to a guy who lost his Mama. Now she rides with me everywhere I go.”

“Took my car in December to Collision Plus. They were absolutely wonderful. Didn’t have any issues. They were very good at communicating with the car insurance people. They took care of everything. I received my car back today. I’m amazed at the job that they did. Couldn’t even tell there was any damages that was on there before also did an amazing job at matching up the paint. I highly recommend this guys. If there was a 10 star option. I’d give them 10 stars.”

“NAPA is the best place for auto parts. If you can't find a part elsewhere then best chance is with NAPA, their books cover vehicles that are long forgotten. Workers are friendly and helpful. They don't install batteries or wipers but they have the quality parts”
“If you're looking for a car lift / automotive equipment, these are your guys. Super straight forward, know their stuff, ultra friendly, quick to respond on any question, easy to work with; that's truly hard to find these days. Any issues and they are there, this means a lot for after the sale purchases because I don't know all of the ins and outs of this equipment. We were on the fence about buying a lift online, saving a few dollars, etc. etc. - no, just call these guys, let them install it right, pay a little extra and have a piece of mind that you are doing it right the first time.”

“Excellent customer service from Eric, Parker, and Mike!!! We were travelling through WV back to Ontario, Canada when our truck died at 10 pm on a Saturday night with 2 little kids on board. These wonderful guys at AutoZone stayed open late and reopened the store to help us troubleshoot, and when it became obvious it needed major engine work which would be covered under our new vehicle warranty, Eric the manager, and Parker and Mike were kind enough to drive us and our children to a local hotel so we could stay the night and arrange a tow in the morning. Over the top amazing customer service - we were so appreciative of their helpfulness and kindness when we were stuck.”
“This place was awesome! I was traveling across several states and my exhaust came apart. The mechanic worked us in and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly. He was very fair in pricing. He even checked his work and found a 2nd problem which he showed me. He fixed that too. My car went from sounding like a hotrod to sounding like a normal car. I am so grateful I found this place. Andy and Cole were caring, knowledgeable,and helped me after an awful few hours dealing with my vehicles issue! The Manager Andy went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure my vehicle was safe and operational with the parts I needed. Not pushy, not over talking me, answered ALL my silly questions, he LISTENED! A STELLAR example for others to follow! I will NEVER shop anywhere else! “Do not use Google Map to locate this business! Use another map program, or you will get lost. He said he would take care of my car after looking at it. I bought the part on ebay and brought it over. His employees were polite and efficient. He jacked up the car, removed my fender well, and replaced it, 22 minutes flat! Would have taken me 1 hour or more without the right tool. He added more missing parts. The owner returned. Charged me $22 for 30 minutes of work. The repair total was about $55 with my parts and his labor. Any other body shop would have charged $300 or more for the same service. Would highly recommend!”

“I recently visited the Clarksburg location. Previously I had new struts put on my vehicle, the other garage I went to didn't put things back correctly & they lost a couple of important things. My wiper arms were scratching my windshield & the ARM broke & went flying. Unknown to me the other garage didn't do a correct job! After trying to fix the problem, my windshield cracked. It was a nightmare! I gave up & called Corey at In & Out Tire. They had it fixed in half hour & noticed two important things missing. Highly recommend them!! From now on, won't ask or call anyone else! Live & learn, don't cut corners. And just because you know someone that works at a garage, doesn't mean they know what they are doing & the other place would not admit they really messed up!Thank you guys at IN & OUT TIRE!”

“He does fantastic work and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a car shop. My wife was in an accident and no one would see us for at least 5 months. Shawn let us get in to his shop after just a month. He went above and beyond. He never made us deal with the insurance company, he handled all of it. All we had to do was drop off the car and the paperwork. He even touched up scratches free of charge and filled our tires. The work was done quickly and flawlessly.”
