“My dog needed dental surgery. The vet here was non judgmental about what I was able to afford and made helpful suggestions. There was no guilt tripping "Don't you want the best for your dog?" type nonsense. She also worked to get my pup in quickly. I will return to this vet for my dog and cat needs for as long as I'm in the area.”
“The doctors and techs have always been very gentle and kind. I've been taking my pets there for nearly 20 years off and on. They take good care of my pets and listen to my concerns. Most of the ladies in the office are kind as well. However, there are a couple that could stand to be not only a little more professional but also a bit more kind. Remember, most pet owners, we are doing the best we can. Just as we make mistakes with raising our children, we do it with our furbabies. Anyways, Dr. Grady, Dr. Banning and Dr. Perkins have been great with my little Macy and for that I'm grateful.”
“Had an urgent (not emergency) issue and they worked me right in as soon as I could get there. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and their prices are very reasonable. But that was very holistic in her approach which was cool.”

“We love Dr Allison Blanton, Dr Sarah Stephenson and Dr Melanie Curry! They have provided excellent care and have made us feel like our pets have top tier care! They have gone above and beyond for our boys. Their staff have been especially caring and compassionate. Big,big shout outs to techs Ginger and Elena who make us feel like they treat our Hank and Bandit like their own. Dr Blanton and Ginger have been especially amazing while navigating Hank’s cancer treatment, they call on their own personal time to check in and are always so helpful with every question we have. We are so grateful for this wonderful staff at Good Shepherd who make our pets feel at home whenever we come in!”
“They did great with my male cat who’s just over a year old. It is very small and loud in the waiting room as well as the exam rooms so if you have noise sensitive pet be aware of that. We went for his shots as a walk in and called before hand to get the price. It may be common sense that there is an appointment fee but as this is my first cat I haven’t been to the vet before so I was unaware of that. When I asked about the price of the everything I was told the price of each shot but I was not told that there would be a $76 dollar appointment fee. In total for his rabies four-in-one and a bordetella shot it was $152 and some change. So be aware of that. Other than the slight miscommunication on price, they did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend! ((:”

“Saw our puppy before other vets could get us in. Appreciate that so much. Friendly staff. Met two different vet that work there and both were nice and seemed knowledgeable. No waiting, seen on time. Will return . A little disappointed that they were not in on Fridays. But there is an emergency number posted on the door.”
