“Saw our puppy before other vets could get us in. Appreciate that so much. Friendly staff. Met two different vet that work there and both were nice and seemed knowledgeable. No waiting, seen on time. Will return . A little disappointed that they were not in on Fridays. But there is an emergency number posted on the door.”

“The BEST veterinary office around!! They are truly in the profession for the love of animals and not for the money. After taking in an injured dog that had been found, they not only called rescues in order to help with treatment and fostering.. but they followed up every day until a rescue was found! I highly recommend their office! Such a sweet and caring Veterinarian and staff!”

“I was very impressed on my first visit to your clinic! I was there with my brother-in-law bringing his dog for a vaccination. Friendly professional service, kind to his dog, Pricing seemed reasonable. My husband and I plan to get a dog soon, and we will definitely consider Valley West for its care.”

“I am in tears tonight as I found the card sent in by their staff after having my ferret euthanized there a few weeks prior. Thank you again, to those that stayed by my Stinky during the process when i couldn't be. It broke my heart to not be able to be with him, but i know that the staff; despite euthanasia probably being more of a routine, care about the animals they work with. Thank you, Animal Care Associates for both taking care of my baby and I throughout his life and at the time of his death.

I will forever be so thankful for each of you.”

“I have to say the veterinarian and her Assistant , that took care of my cat today were very Kind and helpful with the issues my cat has. I would definitely recommend them. The lady at the desk was also very nice. Thank you for being so nice. I have gone to another Veterinarian office in the area, and the vet was very rude ! I will definitely bring my animals to North Gateway for now on.”

“My 9 yr old dog ate the stool from a local feral cat colony where we moved. She ended up really sick. She's terrified of people and we've both had bad experiences with vets so I was nervous, but with no choice we headed in. The ladies were so terrific with her, and with me. She had to stay the day with them, which she's never done anywhere, but I trusted her there and she didn't come out traumatized. In fact she was wagging her tail. They got her stable and on her way to recovery and I couldn't be more grateful. Prices were reasonable also. I hope we don't have to go back there, but with 3 dogs it may happen sometime in the future. At least I know we'll be in good hands. Thank you for taking care of my girl Selah!”

“my visit to Gateway was great. Dr Brown took the time to discuss my cats issues. No pressure or guilt as to his treatment.
I am a cat lover with 6 in the family. I will be establishing their care with Gateway in the future.”
