Signed up for a 1pm haircut, 130 and still no haircut. Some people only have 60 minute lunches so we sign up for precise times.
Why use an app to sign up if the times that are estimated aren't remotely close to being accurate.
This place is constantly understaffed per the sign out front under the TV.
Doesn't seem like your complaints or inquiries get anywhere here.

FYI , they prefer not to cut women’s hair , I was 1st on deck ,I was very understanding when a male barber came to my name and I had already knew he preferred not to do ladies cuts …. So I was fine with that , but was then passed up by the next 3 available female barbers too do male patrons also. Then when I ask the female barber (assistant manager) at the register about the situation I was told they may have signed up online …..that was untrue because I was watching the board the entire time and online or in store has nothing to do with your wait time minutes , if I was passed up by by the male barber because he doesn’t do women’s cuts , I’m sure correct etiquette and proper courtesy should have been that I get the next available female barber … But that’s fine , it was not my first visit there …however it will be my last , always had such good things to say about my experiences there and referred several of my friends to your salon ,just want let females know , that it is not a women friendly salon ..after todays visit I would give this salon a no stars ⭐️ review if that choice was available .After I returned home I told my bf that was the best haircut I ever waited too receive and absolutely the cheapest ….

Ashlie always does a fantastic job cutting my hair, and although I've had nice haircuts from other stylists at the Charleston Sport Clips, Ashlie has my preferred length and look down to a tee. Highly recommended!

Have went there before and the experience was great. Unfortunately, it was passed 7pm and I did not know what time the store closed and the door was open so I walked in and One employee started screaming at me We Are Closed! Multiple Times. I Just walked Away. I do not think that I or my family will go back to that place!

I can’t say enough about our experience today. My son is 4 and has autism, haircuts are ALWAYS a night mare for him (especially since having his ear nicked at the last one). Today we had Merri (I think that’s the spelling) and let me tell you, it was rough at first but then? HE FELL ASLEEP. This does not happen! Not ever! She was patient, and kind and truly made our little kiddo’s experience much better. Kudos to you guys and to this amazing woman.. you have no idea how much this meant to us all.

Sam was fantastic!!! She gave my son the start to the Euromullet he's been begging for. He finally let hus hair grow long enough to start. She was patient with him and let him make decisions (with my discreet approval) as to whether he wanted a wash or massage or it styled. He felt like such a big kid when he left and can't wait to go back. In his words, "I am not going anywhere else, Sam us cutting my hair from now on". We will definitely be going back. And the online check-in is ? worth it!
