Sub bread has shrank noticeably, toppings were so few; 1 piece of bacon a cap full of lettuce, slimy tomatoes, forgoten onions and an extra $1 for cheese for a sandwich that's already $4.59 and ever shrinking. But atleast they can't screw up deep fried apps i guess.

Manager was very nonchalant in helping with my issue and in the end didn’t help me at all! Definitely no professionalism, it took the manager so long to get on the phone and then to understand my issue that he didn’t even help me.

Ya pay $2 more for a big appetizer bucket and it comes jn a regular box. And they said that's what it comes in. Don't pay the $2 extra because you don't get more.... Ripoff...

They let there employees disrespect customers there's a employee who keeps throwing out some serious allegations on the certain customer. Come to find out the guy he was making accusations at was proven not guilty and hes not been fired he still work's there literally amazes me that he's not fired

Ordered and paid through the sheetz app at 10: 35pm walked into the store around 10:37 to 10:38 to my surprise what looked like my shake was already done, I thought this was awesome. I walked through the line and was instructed that my order would be handed to me at the area where the finished food was, I also had ordered three tacos as well. The tacos came through swiftly 5 minutes maximum. I then told the worker "I had a shake too for Zachary" they told em it would come out separately this is where the issue occured I say down are my food waited waited and waited some more walked up waited for someone to acknowledge me just to hear "oh the shake is over there" and receive a already melted milkshake without hesitation. With no offer to remake or refund.

Always been a fan of Sheetz! I'm from up north in NJ and we have Wawa but Sheetz is the exact same type of store as Sheetz!
