I have only been a customer for a few hours,but I can already tell a huge difference in my wi-fi speed. Everyone I've dealt with have been very polite and nice. So glad I made the change. You've got a customer for life here.

There is no customer service after hours Of your issue doesn't happen between 8 am to 4 pm you're out of luck until the next day

Hands down the best internet in my area. Friendly staff, high turn around time, and for my budget they could not be beat. SecureNet is MY Internet provider. :)

Great service! We had another provider and was disappointed in a number of things associated with that company from installation issues (damaged walls that was unnecessary) monthly increases that couldn’t be explained and just overall bad customer service. I’ve had a couple of issues that was due to my tv and not the service and they were here within 15 minutes to check it out. Very good company that go out of their way to make us happy. Thanks!

Short sweet and to the point…SecureNet is the best most reliable internet in the valley! If there’s ever a problem or concern the staff is always there to help and very polite and speedy service. Please keep up the good work you guys rock :)

I'll keep this somewhat short, sweet, and to the point:I have had zero issues with my SecureNet service. I love that they offer high-speed, fiber optic internet with NO data caps, NO hidden fees or upcharges, and extremely high reliability. The installation is detailed and well done.When you call customer service, you speak to an actual person immediately (no button prompts to go through). If you need to add to or take away from your service package, that is a breeze. Most of all, I love that there is a local company that is sticking it to Optimum.Happy to support a local business! If you live in South Charleston or Nitro (and soon Dunbar) check them out and give them a call!

They have been a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with Suddenlink. They are quick to respond with very helpful customer service! I have had zero issues with the internet service. If securenet is an option for you, I highly suggest you become a customer.
