I have only been a customer for a few hours,but I can already tell a huge difference in my wi-fi speed. Everyone I've dealt with have been very polite and nice. So glad I made the change. You've got a customer for life here.

So far it seems to be a really good alternative to dealing with Optimum and head and shoulders above Frontier!
