“Very friendly staff but I had gave them 3 packages to send out and 1 of them got sent out separately, the day after. I was returning something that was under warranty and the company wanted the equipment shipped in seperate boxes, the problem is I received the replacement the same way it got sent out. I had gotten 2 of 3 packages on Wednesday and the 3rd came on Thursday. It would have been nice to receive all 3 packages the same day instead of having to wait for the 3rd one to come in. Other than that, I have no complaints ?”
