If the VA clinic is not available to me from now on, I will go to the VA hospital from now on. My "doctor" started the visit with an inappropriate joke regarding my condition. Then in the end he couldn't help me and was gonna farm me out to another clinic.

Turned away 90 minutes before closing. Given an appointment for following day. So much for "urgent" care. Sign states that walk ins are welcomed, obviously appointments are preferred.

I’ve waited over 2 hours. Arrived an hour before my appointment and was denied and told to go home or wait until my appointment. I’ve seen the receptionist on her phone texting and scrolling. Worst visit I’ve ever had at a Med Express

I scheduled an appointment in the afternoon to be seen by 5:30pm that evening for respiratory congestion. I had a very positive experience. I was screened for Covid and Flu, discussed my situation with a nurse practitioner, and was instructed on what to do. If you are not in need of immediate emergency services, and your family doctor is not available, I recommend MedExpress Urgent Care.

This place is ridiculous! I was told that I had to sign a cardholder agreement to keep my debit card on file for whatever wasn’t covered by insurance or my child would not be seen. Mind you, this only applies to people who pay for insurance through work. I declined to sign and told them to send me a bill if something wasn’t covered. Lo and behold, when I got home I called the MedExpress billing department and they had forged my signature and my card was on file to be charged. Thankfully, the lady in the billing department canceled it for me. If you can’t trust healthcare providers, it’s sad. I wouldn’t go here if I was on my death bed.

Booked an appointment online. There was no waiting. The staff was friendly. The physicians assistant was well versed on my issue They promptly phoned in my prescription and it was ready by the time I got home.

The Doctor was very nice and great with my granddaughter. He took his time and explained how to treat her and we were able to get treatment and her medications were sent to her pharmacy in a timely manner

What a wonderful experience, if at all possible when you are sick. They listened, they encouraged me to know they are doing to do what it takes to make me well. Very helpful, and like I said they listened and made me know that they heard me.

I woke up and needed to see a doctor. I could not obtain an appointment and so went online to Med Express and was seen within 2 hours. Facility was great, reception was excellent, and doctor took care of my issue. Thanks

The MA literally falsified my vitals and talked about herself the entire time she was getting my initial reason for being there!!! She kept typing but wasn’t even asking me questions just venting about her day and saying how she wanted to be home. Meanwhile I tested positive for COVID and still had to listen to her complain and not even take anything but a temperature. WHO documents false vitals? This place is insane!!

All the staff and medical professionals were quite kind to me and I truly appreciate their efforts. I am still taking the prednizone prescribed for the contact dermatitis, and while the rash is somewhat better it has not yet cleared.

Check in was wonderful. I was treated wonderful by nurse and dr. My problem came at checkout. I had a foot injury and was asked to have a seat. I sat down and thought I heard my last name. Walked back to the desk and was told to have a seat again. At that point I left. Called and left message for office manager and never heard back.
