We were welcomed by David Cross when we came in the store. He was patient, helpful and very informative. We were able to comfortably lay on the mattresses for as long as we wanted without feeling hurried, which was greatly appreciated. We felt that was needed to get the right mattress. Thanks to David for getting us our mattress and giving us info on a pillow for my neck pain as well!
