I purchased a storage building from them 18 months ago. It has leaked ever since I bought it. I paid $4000 for this building. I've told them repeatedly that the building leaks through the roof. They have done nothing to stop the water from coming in today. I went there and threw out tons of work equipment that cannot be replaced today.
And there's damage to the building from the mold that's growing on the frame I. Stopped in to the Leonard office and talk to the manager 2 weeks ago. Who was supposed to schedule someone to come and repair it? He has never done that never contacted me.

Hey these guys are #1 and we Trent and sons roofing just today bought a pull dump trailer . Unreal how theses men treated me and my son . They offered to feed us as we was waiting. Mike and the team were super friendly and amazing to deal with. I bought my topper from them and I was in and out installed under an hour. Best price in town too!!! Side tip…great breakfast spot across the street if you get there early enough.

I purchased a tonneau cover from Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories of Charleton WV, which was made to work with a crossover toolbox and while the team was doing the install, they came across an issue that wasn't going to allow the installation to be completed due to some complications with the clearance between the back glass of the pickup and the lid of the toolbox when it was opened. However, Mike (store manager) and his team didn't accept this as a final outcome. The team came up with a creative solution that would allow the installation to be competed. Thanks for taking the extra effort and not giving up, the results look great!

They’ve held onto my leer cap for two months without any updates, then when I call say it’s still sitting at their shop and has never been sent out for warranty. They said this would take a month.Also, they say they open at 8, but a direct quote from the man that answers the phone, “workers don’t show up till 9, you wouldn’t want me putting your cap on.” Maybe list your hours as 9-6 then.Bad customer service, and just bad service overall. If you have an option, choose somewhere else.
