If I could give negative stars I would. Worst pharmacy ever. Always, and I mean ALWAYS check your meds to make sure they gave you the right stuff. Because they didn't with me, and thankfully I noticed before taking it. But then they didn't want to refund me for a $50 medication that was clearly their fault. I'm changing pharmacies ASAP!

I understand busy, but pain medication after surgery when you’ve had the script for over 3 hours should not take another hour an a half to fill after you’re informed the patient is 30 min late taking the medication. Then add being rude and blaming a computer system when it was a paper script.

I called in advance for a generic antibiotic and a pain med. When I showed up I was told to pick them up after after 2 hours! I asked why I had to wait 2 hours for a simple urgent med. and i was answered they were busy. Since she was very unfriendly,I went to Sam's and I got imy medin 5 minutes!!!Well they want be busy because of me from now on!

The last three times I have been there they have been extremely rude. I am always nice in these situations as I work in customer service as well. I understand the stress of being overworked & understaffed but does not mean you have to be hateful when I am nothing but nice to you.

Why is the outside walkup area closed? You don't have a drive-thru and there is no other way to limit contact since I would have to go inside. I will be changing my pharmacy to somewhere else that is more considerate.

I usually go to this Kroger location, but was a bit disappointed tonight at such behavior I saw. A man’s bags broke open in the parking lot, and he returned to either get the items replaced or rebagged. Whatever the reason, the guys up front showed no courtesy to “J” and practically drove him off. Not much of J’s food was damaged, but provisions could have been made to rebag his food. So I gave him a couple of felt bags of my own. J was older and ruddy, but had a receipt of his purchases. Such behavior towards him by the front staff was no acceptable. Hope this can be fixed ASAP!

I've been in there twice to buy a money order.ove the last week or 2. The 1st.time the machine was broke. The 2nd time, the machine.works, but.nobody is working the customer service counter.

So I just left Kroger’s in south Charleston because I was told my purse was to large that I had to leave it up at the counter. They said there is a note in the door and I’m the only one that said no. I do not have a large purse. And by no means am I leaving my purse up there for someone to go though. And no I couldn’t leave it in the car because I needed the things in it.

A man can’t even get a money order made to pay his child support without one of you old hags catching an attitude because you have to do your job smh. My money is green like everybody else’s. If y’all hate your jobs just quit! Simple as that smh.

Good Store, friendly staff even has a red box out front and always open. All good things to look for in a grocery store. -Rich
