A Truly Exceptional Car-Buying Experience at Joe Holland Hyundai!
I can't say enough about our amazing experience at Joe Holland Hyundai in Charleston, West Virginia! After our Nissan was totaled in an accident while we were on vacation, we found ourselves in an unfamiliar place, feeling lost and uncertain. But the moment we stepped into Joe Holland, we were greeted by Tyler Sheppard, whose big, welcoming smile and extensive knowledge of Hyundai immediately put us at ease.
Tyler took the time to truly listen to us, understanding our unique needs as two women who travel with our dogs and frequently have our grandchildren in tow. His enthusiasm and friendly demeanor made us feel confident that the 2024 Santa Fe SEL was the perfect choice for us. And he was absolutely right! We are now happily driving our stunning new Santa Fe, and we couldn't love it more—it's as beautiful as it is comfortable.
A special shoutout to Tyler's manager, Beau, who was also there to assist with pricing and ensure we were completely satisfied with our decision. Everyone at Joe Holland Hyundai was so kind and pleasant, making this the best car-buying experience we've ever had.
After over 30 years of being a loyal Nissan owner, I can confidently say that Hyundai has won us over. My daughter suggested we consider a Hyundai, and I'm so glad we did. Nissan could learn a lot from Hyundai about sales, product quality, and pricing.
When people ask us about our new car, we proudly share our story and let them know why we'd gladly drive 12 hours back to West Virginia to purchase another car from Joe Holland Hyundai. We are now a Hyundai family for life!

Great experience at a service department. Fast and friendly, best communication I’ve had from a vehicle service department.
This business really stood out to me, they were exceptionally upfront about what was recommended (cost and why it should be done). While working on the vehicle additional issues were identified, I got a video showing me that it was my vehicle and the issue at hand. I was then contacted, asked if I saw the video, and then asked which issues I wanted addressed. Best in class, other service departments I’ve used didn’t go above and beyond like this. Safe assumption is that the non-Hyundai service departments under the Joe Holland name are similarly ran.

Richard Kingsley is a great sales person. He was actually there on his day off, and ended up spending the entire day there helping us. We bought a Certified 23 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid for our daughter, who is just starting college. She needed something reliable, and we believe she found it. There were a few cosmetic issues; however, Rich made sure they were taken care within a timely manner. I would definitely look for Rich when buying my vehicle. He was a delight to work with during this experience. Thank you again for being patient, and understanding with us during the process as well. Joe Holland is an outstanding dealership with professional people.

We were travelling from Harrisburg PA to Kentucky over the weekend in an elect suv. Due to charging issues we had to toe it to this location after midnight. We came back to the same location next morning to complete n the charging. We had not slept the previous night and had no breakfast or coffee. While charging the car in the morning a gentle man came and we started to talk. He works there. He invited us inside and made coffee for me and my wife and offered us to use their rest room. Such a nice act of kindnes.God bless that person and let the good Lord bless their business. With a thankful heart. Mathew.
