I made an appointment using their online scheduling tool. Receptionist find it and gives me the name of the rep who would help me. The rep says she didn't know she had an appointment and that she just called the other clients and asked them to come in. If course, they aren't there yet and I am but they opt to pass me off to someone else anyway. However, that person was eating lunch. After calling my wife, we agreed to go with another service for our taxes. I was not confident in their abilities. If they are that unorganized with something as simple as scheduling, how can I trust them with my taxes?
