I’m 74 and live on 2nd floor apartment. My large shipment today was left downstairs in a wide open space. I had to retrieve it myself which was difficult. My apartment # was visible. I am not happy.

I Got a Bed Frame and Mattress delivered for my daughter and they were both left outside the building on the steps! I don't know the polices or if they are to deliver to your apartment but mine was right inside an up the steps.The first guy who delivered told me my items were not mine and I only had one when my name and apartment number was on said box.I I could not get the second box inside an luckily I had someone to help becausei had a surgery and was still recovering.These people need to be more respectful of people's things.Just this morning I had anotherdelivery and it was given to my neighbor down stairs an the guy delivering knew my husband but did it anyway.
