I used this pharmacy for a solid 6 months for the purposes of having my medicine bubble packed. All of a sudden they refused to bubble pack my medicines. I understand my medication for my MENTAL ILLNESS is changed a lot but that shouldn't affect the 5 pills that are regularly in the pack. This was to insure that my MENTALLY ILL self took my medication daily. Don't offer a service if you don't want to do it for everyone, point BLANK. I am all for shop local but when you eff with my medicine, I'm not pleased. Not to mention, my orders have been late before, and I haven't complained. I am absolutely irate, I have worded this as nicely as possible because YOU ARE nice people. You just decided to not provide a service to me that helped me and that is absolute bull. Thanks and I hope you take this into consideration for the future.(Edited since I can't comment back to you MA'AM.) I know exactly what goes into those packs and you were missing one medicine, which ironically I easily got a refill on it this morning - a 90 day supply at that. I ironically got every single of of those medicines at the Walgreens without an issue - OTHER than the one that needed a refill which I took care of. I would have taken care of it if it was told to me I had no refills on that particular medication. ✌? I'll be in Wednesday.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever used! The people are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly & my medication is always ready when I come to pick up. I’ve never had a single bad experience here and I now recommend this pharmacy to everyone but especially my own family! I hope to use this pharmacy forever now. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Hands down best pharmacy I’ve ever used and I will continue to go here for forever ! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, I’ve never had an issue here. My medications are always ready in a timely manner, I don’t have to keep coming back like other pharmacies. They have even delivered my medicine to me times I’m unable to get up there, extraordinarily sweet and really care about their customers ! I recommend them to everybody!

Best small pharmacy in Charleston. Have never had an issue with them not having my prescriptions. I switched from CVS to Clark’s and I will be staying with them. Staff is great, the app is great everything about this pharmacy is great!

I LOVE this Pharmacy ??The people are DARLING ❣️So chill, ready to help and assist in anything you may need. The pharmacist there are BY FAR the best two I have ever seen. We need to keep places like this open! Support local businesses and come here for any of your pharmacy needs. The staff here are the nicest, most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet in this profession. You rarely, if ever get the runaround, having to wait hours for your prescriptions. I couldn't recommend this place more!

This place is not only the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, but also one of the most well run businesses. They are very knowledgeable, communicate well with their customers, work hard to make sure your prescriptions are correct and covered, and their office is very clean. I will never change pharmacies.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. The staff is very knowledgeable, organized and always going above and beyond to handle refill submissions, prescription transfers and insurance questions. If you're in the area and not using Clark's, you're missing out on top quality pharmaceutical care.
