We just went to the geek squad at this store, it was my first experience with them. Our issue was we had a possibly corrupted SSD, and I don't have the tools to recover anything properly, so we hoped the Geek Squad could help us, I don't remember the guy who helped us, but he had black hair and a black, partially greying beard. He plugged everything in and did some troubleshooting, but didn't seem to be able to do anything on the computer itself.I figured he would try something else, and while he did, without consulting us or anything he starts installing windows onto the hard drive, which we probably would have had to do to begin with, but he did it without asking us if that's what we wanted to do, if we wanted to get a second opinion, nothing. All the data that was on that hard drive was just gone.We probably would have had to do that in the end, but it just felt extremely unprofessional to just decide to do that without consulting us first. Very disappointed

Had to visit the Geek Squad. The service was prompt and my issue was resolved quickly and professionally. The guy that took care of me was very polite and helpful. First class

Service here is always outstanding. Restocking fees run high. They do have a great selection of electronics and appliances small appliances too.

ZERO IS WHAT I GIVE YOU!I have had My Best Buy Total for years . I will never use Charleston WV store again. The gave me a new phone with someone else’s number! They said they didn’t do it, WHO did? I sure as heck didn’t. You had the old phone. Up until I picked up the new phone everyone was nice, then they lie and became ugly. I want to know who’s phone I have. Don’t use the Charleston store!

Another hurried trip. No time for pictures but a shout out to one of the most helpful employees I’ve ever met. She went out of her way to piece together some amplifier cord and also sold me a pair of Dr. Dre’s Bass Beats Studio buds. Best buy I’ve made in a while ( no pun intended).
