Never has the item I need in stock despite what the website says. The staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly when approached for questions or asking for help.

I don't usually go to Best Buy, but my wife needed a good laptop, ( Not Walmart) and the young lady that helped her was very knowledgeable and ready to help her. We walked out with exactly what she needed.

I am a best buy total member. I got the best buy credit card as well. Everything in store is a good experience. But my God their phone customer service is the worst. I have never been on hold for so long waiting for someone to connect. Its been over 15 minutes and I am still waiting. Totally ruined my impression of the company. And this is supposedly a concierge service for best buy total member

Needed a charger and a new square system, unfortunately they had neither at this location, the first person we spoke to wasn’t very helpful but handed us off to a fellow employee, she spent a good 5mins with us trying to come up with a solution but we ended up leaving empty handed. 5 stars for customer service but 4 for lack of stocked products.
