“I absolutely love City national bank. I went through a period where I switched jobs and something went wrong with my paycheck, my account was then in the negative. They charged me a small fee to pay off the bills that automatically came out. I also received a letter in the mail asking me to make a deposit immediately. I was so scared as all my bills were due along with this negative balance. I called the customer service number and they were amazing telling me my options of how I could pay back my negative balance in payments rather than all at once. I appreciate city national and the work that they do!”
