Jade… at the South Charleston AT&T was amazing!! Super sweet, knowledgeable and very helpful!! Make sure to see her if you are having any issues!! The entire staff was very polite!!!

This is one of the best stores I’ve been to in a while. The manager waited on me, gave me a good price for my old phones and I was in and out! Couldn’t have asked for better service! Great Job South Ridge Store!

I enrolled in a shared account for a new phone line, with a commitment of $65 +tax per month, as assured by the agent. I even double-checked that this $65 covered both the phone payment and service. However, my initial bill amounted to $140, leaving me stunned. Now I'm locked into a three-year contract that i can't afford. This situation is unjust and should be illegal.

I paid an extra $6.00 a month for the upgrade plan. I didn’t read the fine print. You have to pay 18 payments ( 1/2 the contract term) to be eligible. They failed to mention that part. I have a 3 month old iPhone 14 Pro Max. If I want to trade now , I would have to payoff my phone full. Don’t get this plan !! It’s not worth it.I also have a major problem with the 14 Pro Max. My job requires me to scan driver’s licenses. The IPhone 14 Pro Max will not scan drivers license. When I ask Att about it they said they were aware but it was a Apple issue and they couldn’t do anything about it. So now instead of scanning license I have to enter everything manually several times a day. Would not buy another iPhone that would not scan a drivers license. Nor would I buy from ATT in South Charleston at South Ridge.

Return customer: at 5pmDe Angelo (sales tech) is the only reason I gave 3 HE DESERVES A 5 BY HIMSELF, and he saved your business. Some guy walking around asking if your registered then going back into an office isn't service, especially if that's all he's doing. Make him help customers too. Especially if you only have 2 techs helping customers at a busy time of day. Poor management skills and/or discretion of time usage. ?

The associate seemed bothered by my needing something, she went in the back for an extended period of time. She didn't follow the proper procedure to put my screen replacement on and it has bubbles in it!

Noah was super helpful and knowledgeable. He and all the other staff were very patient and kind as my three year old was with me and was becoming impatient and curious. I was worried as my toddler had started to run around and talk to the employees but their interactions with my toddler were so good- they all went above and beyond. I had such a positive experience and I am so grateful for their patience and assistance!

I have been with ATT for 12 years and have regularly used this location, but after my last experience I will never return. My brand new phone was blacklisted as stolen due to absolute carelessness of an employee and when I went to correct the situation was told they can’t do anything in store and to call 611. Long story short after 7 trips to the store and ZERO help from ANY employee there, countless hours on the phone with every ATT department and three days without access to phone service for which I pay a pretty penny for a mobile tech support employee was able to un-blacklist my brand new device. Also, the store manger, “Jonas” , would never come out of the back of the store to even speak to me, let alone apologize for anything that was happening at their doing. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered.
