I rent space in the Spring Hill location behind the fire department, across from the pickle ball courts. These storage units are clean, fresh and well maintained. I am confident that the level of security is top notch and have never had any safety issues in this area. With one of the recent massive weather events, the units took on a bit of flood water. The owner actually sent in a crew to empty, clean and refill the units, at no additional cost to tenants! I was able to make decisions about trashing wet things and didn't have to worry about disposal. I would suggest to everyone with storage needs, to use Appalachian Mini Storage.

Been renting a unit for over a year and a half and have never had any problems. Always well lit and clean.

Easiest place ever to rent a storage unit!Did all of it over the phone. Super friendly people, too!

24-hour access with keypad entry. Climate controlled and lighting available 24-hours on a timer.Obvious great security because I've never had an issue with any type of theft or break in. Every other storage unit ive ever had has had vandalism and theft of some kind.

Air conditioned, well lit, extremely secure. So clean you could eat off the floors!
