This place is a awful place to work you have co workers getting by with anything they want taking extra breaks and lunches. Going to restroom 15 times a day same person. Hiding in aisles and bringing stuff in to scare people like children. Some managers are very unprofessional Of course nothing is done to them. But I go to the break roomto call my doctor and get talked too they have their picks here If you areLooking for a playground to come to you will fit right in here.I will be leaving soon for another job. But the pro of this job I did meet a few nice people that I became friends with

Conflict of previous reviews. I am assuming due to changes as gate 2 could potentially block traffic. All traffic must go through gate 1. Once through the gate, stay to the left, and docks will be on the left-hand side. Receiving docks will be the 4 docks closest to the fence line.

I was a temporary associate through United Talent Staffing Services for 1 year here. I worked in the oxygen sensor building for most of my tenure, but also for a short while in the spark plug building (I never did work in the warehouse). I met a handful of great people during my time and experienced some good moments. I don't regret being there, however, I have to say that my experience overall left much to be desired.Perhaps due to NGK being a Japanese company, that is partially to blame for the following statements. All the training I received, save for some from a few people, was horrible. I'm not very mechanically inclined, but if you gave me proper time, explanation, and training, I'd be able to give you my all. Not so with NGK.You are expected to know how to adequately run a machine or carry out a process after an insufficient amount of time. Or, just as you are starting to learn something, they want to drag you somewhere else (and rinse and repeat). I have no problem with being used where needed, but in order for me to do my best, I need to know what I'm doing, and I can't fully know what I'm doing if you don't provide proper training. When such issues are brought to the attention of management, they are quite apprehensive about it and apparently would be quick to get rid of you; and not just based on what I'm saying, but what I've also heard from others.I could go on, but I'll let this review speak for itself. I am glad for those who have had a good experience with NGK, but if what I've said is anything to go by, I'd seek employment elsewhere. Thank you for my time spent there NGK, but I hope someone sees these issues I've mentioned and that things get better. Just remember: if you take care of your employees, they will take care of you.

I've always liked NGK products, but apparently their customer service SUCKS. I emailed them a technical question nearly a week ago and never got a response. Most businesses respond in 24 hours to 2 business days. It's funny though cause apparently they have time to respond to Facebook reviews but not my email. Makes me think twice about using anymore of their products.
