He has had our tractor for months! He never answers his phone, and I've left messages, but he doesn't call back! When you go by, he always has an excuse for why it isn't completed.

He has had our lawn tractor for going on three months now, we have paid him almost a thousand dollars for pickup, labor and parts, and every time my husband goes there to check if it's finally done, he gets sent back with yet another excuse. We would have been better off buying another tractor!

The storage bins are large enough to store plenty of stacked stuff. There are security cameras viewing every causeway outside. Comes with a lock and a armstrong for putting on your own padlock.

These people are the worst by far! Not only did they ask me to move because they stated ,they didn’t like my elderly father visiting cause he was black, they also were very racist. After moving out they claimed there was 5,000 in damages off of hear say. They never even came to view the place. They never had anyone come handle any of our maintenance issues till the day we were moving out. They are slum lords. It’s crazy cause I’ve never had this issue in any other place I’ve rented. I’ve lived all over the world. I’ve always got my deposit back!
Look at his email below? He says I left the home better than he expected? These people don’t understand they have a fair housing law suit pending.
My maintenance man went over to inspect the home yesterday.
He changed the locks.
He sent me a group of pictures that showed the damage, that he estimates will cost me around $1,500.
I am not sure if you know that your son was seen, by one of the neighbors, breaking the window while pounding on it to get his sisters attention. That happened nearly 2 weeks before you reported the damage to me.
Deposit collected $750.
Replacement window installed $300.
2 interior doors need to be replaced and repainted at $250 each.
Etc.
You won’t be receiving any deposit back.
To your credit, you did leave the home in better condition than I expected.

I lived in one of the Simons' properties for many years. It was always in good repair, and they were very courteous and prompt in addressing any concerns. When they do their annual property inspections they often leave special little gifts such as cleaning supplies and paper products. There aren't enough stars to express my gratitude to these landlords.
