All the pharmacy technicians are very nice and very helpful. They answer questions about medicines. They are always busy but still very nice and helpful.

I used to get my prescriptions filled there until they switched to Teva manufacturing for Mt medicine.I had an awful adverse effect.I called Teva manufacturing and they reported that they had several calls that their medicines were having this horrible effect.I stopped going to Walgreens for my medicines.The Rest of the store andPhotoshop is fine.

Your store in shinnston wv is a joke I live in shinnston I’m going to switch pharmacies to somewhere in fairmont. Doctor called in a prescription for 2 antibiotics at 3pm Wednesday.I have wvu my chart a app that tells me my prescription and when it was sent your employees told me three times they couldn’t find my prescription and when I called last minute to double check they said there’s a problem with my insurance that’s why but they haven’t seen it .My insurance coverage is good I’ve never had problems anywhere else. Seems like they really just drag their feet and possible lack of training. Have no idea how to look up a prescription. I had to contact my doctor again to resend my prescriptions so I spent the whole night sick as a dog. I will never step foot in a Walgreens again overpriced merchandise and poor customer service.

Has went down hill since the Walgreens took over nobody knows what they are doing ask a question and get different answers from different employees in the pharmacy when your prescription is do they give you the run around until u get the pharmacist should be trained better

The pharmacy has went to Hades. Had a prescription sent from Dr office and it set there for two days before it was time for me to pick it up, well it was out of stock when I went to pick it up. And when I asked why it was not ordered since my script was sitting there for two days the pharmacist couldn't give me a straight answer. Worst thing they could have done was getting rid of brian and the other woman(can't remember her name). But when they were there stuff like this never happened. And apparently it's just not me having problems, when I told my dr office that I want my prescription sent elsewhere that I was done with Walgreens, they just said " I don't blame you!!!! That response told me everything I needed to know.

Slow Pharmacy, drive thru line is ridiculously slow 20 plus minutes each time to just pick up one perception, hire more employees or something.

Very convenient easy access plenty of parking professional efficient staff everybody friendly wonderful personality very knowledgeable I recommend the Shinnston Walgreens to everyone

We get all of our prescriptions filled here usually and have never had any issues. In fact recently a pharmacist helped get me a COPD inhaler for FREE instead of paying my $55 copay. The drive thru is very convenient also. No complaints.

I have had prescriptions called in 3 different times since Walgreens took over. They were filled within 2 hours. I personally have called in refills on 6 different occasions, all of them filled within 3 hours. The pharmacy is ran smooth. The staff offers private talks, explaining any questions you might have about your prescribed medicine. Great discounts in all items in store. Good atmosphere.

Not impressed with the Pharmacy so far. Have had two prescriptions called in so far and both times took 2 days to be filled. Pharmacist was helpful and one staff member. But two staff members have not been knowledgeable and one was rude.
