the workers are so incompetent and untrained, the older woman there is rude and doesn't pay attention, and everyone is rude or they're just in lala land..they mess up orders CONSTANTLY...make this make sense wrong order ..wrong bag..if i could give no stars i would...dummies..all of them.

When doing street view on this location you can tell that they did a whole shutdown, move, and rebuild of this location. And if you notice on street view of the older location, it was most likely because of a competitor coming in right next door and building a brand new store. So they decided to close this location, move up the road, and build a bigger store. I was in need of getting out of the DC Metro area and I find it best to do my shopping this way. I am almost guaranteed to find what I want and be surprised at the same time. That is basically what happened when I was heading to my destination when I came upon this Sheetz. My visits to Sheetz have dwindled in recent days without having immediate access to several of them within minutes of me. I am sure they will remedy this soon enough with the way the expand, but for now, I have to hope I stumble upon their locations when out venturing. When I saw the familiar red awning I had to stop. Mostly because I had been in my vehicle for quite some time. I was in need of stretching my legs, getting some air, and using the facilities. With this being a newer location I was able to find a spot close to one of the entrances and away from the pumps. You can read that as ample parking. Inside is a spacious place to do your thing and roam about the store. Facilities were clean and up to date. Snackage was ample, sweet tea was abundant. I did my thing here and was definitely able to refresh myself for the remainder of my trip. Sweet tea in hand I headed outside to take in some cool air and stretch these legs a bit more. Entry to this location is easier than most. With the traffic signal it makes it safer to continue on the road.

I primarily come to this location late at night to pick up a mobile MTO order, and in the app it says that drive through is an option for pickup. However, when I arrive there are milk crates in the way of the lane forcing me to come inside. I understand that this is not the fault of the people working the shift, but the general manager and district manager need to understand that the excuse their employees are told to give, that there are only two people working overnight, does not sufficiently reconcile the discrepancy between expectation and reality as a customer. If other corporations can figure out how to set availability within their apps to accurately represent their modes of service there is no excuse as to why Sheetz cannot do the same. Either staff your stores properly so people less understanding than me don’t take out their frustration on the hourly workers representing your company and making your money or update your app to reflect the reality of the level of service you’re willing to provide at your stores.

Absolutely terrible service. Zero care that you leave the customers standing around for 30 minutes while you take your sweet time to make the simplest food. ROCS is right down the street and heck of a lot less frustrating.
