Went in for a state inspection today. Everyone from Heather, Justin, and those who work within the shop, were very polite, honest, friendly, and forthcoming with information pertaining to my vehicle. Happy to find an auto shop that I can trust and who does good work Highly recommend!!

Only them once, but I was highly impressed. Justin is awesome. Had some shaking issues, wanted to get the tires balanced and an alignment done. He said he wanted to check out the problem first because he didn't want me to pay for something unnecessary.
They're also very shade tree mechanic friendly. Told him I like to do some of my own work. When I picked up the vehicle he asked what work I wanted to do and what I would like for him to do. Normally owners want you to let them do the whole project.
Thanks Justin, I look forward to using you again. Hopefully only for oil changes, haha.

Very well nice and polite. They got me scheduled in the same day for an alignment. The women at the front desk were so nice and helpful. When you walk through the door you feel like so much friendly hospitality. Also while I was waiting which wasn’t very long I took a walk done to OHurleys general store which was practically next door. Highly recommend Cool Green Auto to family and friends.

It's unusual to find a service center that is honest. I brought my SUV to the dealer for both a recall and an emmision light warning. The Dealer wanted to charge over $500 to correct the problem. The Dealer claimed that the problem was a broken wire that couldn't be spliced likely from a critter. Then claimed in addition the sensor had to be replaced. Then claimed that the cars computer had to be reprogrammed to accommodate the new sensor. Cool Green Auto repaired the problem for $149 by splicing the wires. I recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Cool Green. They are friendly and very competent. Not to mention cost effective.

I came in and they fit my alignment in while I waited. Heidi and her team were very professional. I was out the door in 20 minutes and their price was great. Highly recommend this shop.
