Placed online order. For bags of soil on sale. Was notified that they were out of the featured product, but would substitute a same quality for it. Wasn't told I would pay the same and recieve less.

It's a small town hardware store that is very accommodating and has a nice selection. Staff is friendly and pleasant to work with.

Riding my bicycle on the rail trail at Salem, I noticed a odd allen head screw fell out of my bike cargo rack .So I thought why not give them a try . To my surprise I found the exact same identical screw here to repair my bicycle rack.And bought some batteries for my speedometer while I was here . Friendly helpful staff too.
