My bf and I go walking every night and we make a pit stop here. Oh by the way the 2 employees that we encounter at night are very sweet and friendly. One is a female curly blonde tresses Kiki and glasses and the other one is male who wears a Kobe Bryant sweater. We love seeing them

Just passing thru your employee stunk so bad it was unbearable. Several very unclean customers in and out with back packs going in and out of restroom and hanging outside, Honestly was somewhat uneasy being in there.

Typical 7-11 Convenience Store. It is small with a tight private parking lot., so you have to be careful backing out. The store is a little crowded from to small in size and to overstocked with products. It seems a little dark and gloomy in there and the employee was not very friendly. I interrupted his cigarette break and personal cell phone conversation. Oh well sorry Charlie!!!

The store was not stocked well. The food that was available in the display case was old and dried up. The bathroom was beyond dirty. The clerk was more concerned about a smoke break than working. She was outside when I arrived, followed me in, waited on me and then followed me back outside lighting up on her way out the door. Very disappointing.

Had an issue with the 7-11 app, and the cashier made me aware that my app was not, for a change, uploading my points. This app usually works ok for me. Everyone was very nice and when I told them it wasn't uploading, Melinda got the manager who came out and spent several minutes trying to get the app to upload the current points. Didn't upload at that time, but it DID do it tonight, and it was comforting to know that the register had a current, ACCURATE total. I'm on a fixed oncome, so I find the rewards app to be handy. (Nice to have a free cup of coffee or pop now and then.) :-)

Two times in the last week I've stopped to get gas and the pumps have ran super super slow. I personally think this store needs pump maintenance done. My husband told the cashier that the pumps wasn't working properly and was basically told it's the nature of the beast and it's just too cold for them to work properly or maybe he didn't know how to use them! Beyond frustrated. I had to stop the pump at $3.00 because it was running slow and had to go to a different gas station and swipe my card again to get gas! By the way I had no issues at the Rich Oil!
