Ppl u want a guaranteed cut make an appt, stylist have to walk in the back a lot to get supplies that’s not a big deal maybe they should get a receptionist but help hard to find in fairlea? All these complaints are ppl walking in not planning ahead expecting ppl to drop walk they doing or be available! The world doesn’t center around one person! If they can get u in great but don’t mad if not! Make an appointment and schedule like me I get treated just fine there

I walked in for a simple hair cut at 430. The lady working was rude, was on her phone scrolling away, and told me that she couldn't help me because she had an appointment at 5.

Called for Male haircut and was politely given prices. Arrived to get a haircut and a customer told me that worker was in back room. I waited for 13 minutes and worker came out after that customer went in back room to get her. Worker asked what I wanted, I said haircut, worker said she can’t do it today as she was chewing her food talking to me. I replied okay and left store.Down the street to use a establishment that cares to cut my hair.

Amazing! lovee the products they use, pureology, redken and Kenra. Julie is the best, she styled my hair like a pro. I'm from Miami so I wasn't sure how the experience would be but I am blown away. Love love lovee!
