“It is not very often anymore an employee will take the initiative to go the extra mile.(Example drives me nuts when you ask for help to locate something and they point or say aisle 64) i mean come on! Just walk me to it!Anyway getting off subject! So Today… the manager went the extra mile. It was actually something he really didn't need to do but he surprised me and made a call and went the extra mile! Not something I was expecting either! (Like walking with me to show me where something is) lol Anyway because of this wonderful unexpected customer service it definitely made it so I would come back or send someone there!Thank you for making my day with something so simple! I love my pillars. They look awesome in my dining room!”

“Lots of parking and very friendly greeting at the front. There was initial intent to help us out. Some associates, about three at once, came over and gave us some help. They left us alone shortly after, we were only buying a printer. But if I were a person with less tech knowledge I would have felt abandoned. As I was walking out a cell phone associate grabbed us and offered us some help. Very friendly folks.”
