Called to get my puppy an appointment to get a rabies shot and the receptionist was not very nice. Why can’t I make an appointment for September? Being told to call right before he needs the shot? Why? With that there could
Be a chance I won’t get him in for when it’s needed. Then questioning me about his other shots when I told you he only had one DAPP and I just wanted your facility to do the check up and rabies. I know he needed two more rounds of the DAPP. Shelter will be doing those at no cost. I just needed rabies not classes on shots and then being told to call back later to make an appointment and hope I can get one. Thank you I will go somewhere else!

Unfortunately my cat was very very ill and died just a bit after we got into the vet, but it was not for a lack of them doing everything they possibly could to save her life. They are sweet and caring and made a very hard moment a little easier to handle.
