Would rather wipe my butt on a pine cone than buy from any Dutch Miller dealership. Had a salesman RUDELY tell me that yall's price wasn't the problem my expectations were, only for me to drive 30 minutes further to Mark Porter and get the same vehicle for THOUSANDS less.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles here, as well as had service many times. Every experience has been pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Helpful, cheerful, and resourceful beyond the usual! During a prolonged torrential rainstorm while we were en route to northern Ohio, the motor that operates the driver-side windshield wiper on our Chevrolet SUV failed, leaving us unable to proceed safely. We managed to reach this dealership, where the service personnel tried to get us the part we needed but could not. So they sent us across the street to an auto supply store to purchase Rainex and then gave us a dry place and a huge stack of dry cloths to wipe down the windshield and apply the solution as needed. This made it possible for us to drive the remaining 325 miles home in steady rain and fog without windshield wipers. Dutch Miller's service staff saved our trip home!

First of all I regretfully make this review to a local company however what happened to me is unacceptable. I sold my car to them. Well, I actually paid them 745 dollars on August the 9th to pay for the difference that I owed the bank after the mgr. , sales people saw my 3 year old accompanying us, they refused to budge at all on offer. It took my bank until Sept. 1 to receive payment. Was over all a terrible experience. I called for help numerous times and was told they'd call me back. Only 1 lady out of the finance department was finally helpful. I literally was about to report my car stolen. It's 2022. Waiting this long for payment is unacceptable. My credit took a 30+ point hit and my account took it's first missed payment. They didn't bother to help aside from the one woman in finance. I think her name was Whitney. She needs a raise the rest of the company needs a course on customer appreciation. Terrible experience.

I am giving one star because 0 stars is not an option. DO NOT BUY/LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are shady when it comes to drafting the agreement with you. You may think you are paying “X” amount a month but don’t be surprised if Chrysler Capital cleans up the dealership’s errors and you end up paying more each month. Once the contract is sent to Chrysler Capital, there is nothing you can do but pay the higher monthly payment. Quite the con game I77, quite the con.

Went in for oil change sign says no wait oil change well in there waiting 10 no one at desk finally a man came from back said he not trained in that area had to wait well finally a lady came in said you haft to have an appointment well I think they need to to take sign down that says no wait ,

Went to the dealership to look at $80000 truck the salesman went to get the key he came back he said that his keys were locked in the service department we asked if he could call someone to get the keys he said his guy is off and he wasn't gonna bother him then he said all by the way you don't want to buy this truck it has electrical issues well issues well really were you gonna tell us that if you found the keys well needless to say we're on our way to walkers our $10000 cash down our trade and we will be buying a vehicle from there today would not recommend this dealer would've given it no stars if I could have have a great day
