TERRIBLE! Called in 2 times and made a appointment for 6pm. Drove a hour and a half to look at a SUV. When we got there they told us that the car we were looking at has already had a deposit put down on it and they cannot sell it. They neglected to call us in mid route and let us know about car not available after calling them 2 times and calling them when we were a hour away. Proceeded to bring out a different car to try and sell it. Not what I was wanting. Also. They never offeredthe options for us to put down a deposit.

I recently sold a vehicle to Dutch miller ford in ripley WV. I dealt with Scott Gatchel. It was a lengthy process due to my situation. I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Dylan Osborne at Dutch Miller Ford in Ripley, WV! I want to thank everyone that helped in transaction of my purchased vehicle. Our salesman Logan was good at meeting us as soon as we pulled in and when we talked more got his sales manager to come talk to us.
