Hages Market is a nice little market in the middle of town, similar to a 7-11, where you can walk to get drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. The new owners have made fun changes, sometimes offering Indian sweet treats and other times homemade holiday-style treats like peanut butter fudge. The good made-to-order foods are a highlight, with personal recommendations for their wonderful breakfast sandwiches, iced coffee, and subs. The subs are a deal, stuffed with meat, cheese, and toppings on a toasted roll that is probably the best some have ever tasted; they do not skimp on fillers. The homemade cookies are also soft, chewy, and delicious. The service is generally good and the staff is nice, though sometimes some staff seem a bit cold. A common note is that the pricing on general goods seems a bit steep or pricey. Also, they need to be more on time with opening. It is an okay place overall and a good place to go, worth the possible wait when busy.
