“I was traveling from Northern Indiana to Myrtle Beach when a warning light turned on.I pulled off the interstate and googled Autozone because they have always been very good at diagnosing a problem. “It was a very cold day and I had some business at the United National Bank. When I returned to my car, the battery was no longer strong enough to start my engine. Fortunately, the Auto Zone was just across the street, however the highway was a busy one. I walk to the "Zone" and explained my situation. A kind man by the name of Thomas (I think) lent me the tools to remove my battery. This save me about a mile in walking back to the house!Once I removed the battery and returned to the store, Karen Lane (who works there) gave me a ride in her truck to the bank, thus saving me from carrying a heavy car battery across a busy highway. (I'm 65 years old). What could have been a major inconvenience turned into a simple repair that took less than 30 minutes (and saved me a few miles of walking in the cold). I am very appreciative of both of these individuals.”

I needed a replacment battery for one of my vehicles and he not only educated me on the best features and choices, he worked with me to get me the best price that he could as well. John came out to my car, removed the old battery, did a very thorough cleaning on my cords/clamps and installed the new battery. John was pleasant and very helpful throughout. Promote this guy!”

“The customer service is pretty good. The correct address is 130. You have to pull on the opposite side sidewalk to miss curve and pole to get into receiving docks. It's small back there is well. Lunch at 12pm. So don't miss your appointment. But the employee's are cool and laid back”

“My husband and I were on our way to Raleigh, North Carolina when we felt a shimmy in our Ford F-150. A stop at a gas station revealed a missing lug nut on a rear tire. We found Midway Ford across the road and ran over there. Hoping we could purchase a lug nut. Although it was a very busy work day , they got our truck up on the rack immediately, replaced the lug nut, torqued the other lug nuts, and checked the tie rods. We were so grateful for the reassurance that the truck was in safe condition and their kind consideration for our situation. “I recently came here on September 10th to see what trucks they had in stock. I was looking for a full size with the 19 speaker Harman kardon sound system. The salesman, Artis Johnson, came out and greeted me. He was very courteous and professional. We test drove a couple of trucks, and I decided on one. The sales manager, Jason, was easy to work with, and we negotiated a deal. I even ordered some original Mopar accessories and had them installed at the dealership.
