Had them check my car out bc it was running strange. Turns out a spark plug needed pushed in a little more. Charged me $300 for labor to push in a plug. However vehicle is running much better now.

Thanks Mac! We broke down while traveling from Michigan to Virginia. Mac had the part just a few minutes after we assessed the problem and let us use his personal vehicle to fetch lunch. Our Odyssey was ready as promised for our return trip. Thanks also to John, and the guys! Keep an eye on you serpentine belt tension assembly!

Mack at Big Mack’s was very helpful to my dad and I. We were on our way back from NC to Ohio and heard some rattling near our right front tire. Mack got the car up on a jack quickly, took the tire off, and while the problem wasn’t solved, he helped narrow down what the issue was. He got us back on the road in an hour, ensuring we were still safe to drive even though the noise is still there. Many thanks to Mack for the assistance in our mini crisis!!

The heat wasn't working in my car. Took it here and they did a bunch of stuff, said it was fixed and charged me almost $800. Drove it twenty minutes before the heat went out again. Took it back, they flushed it, said it was fixed... we went in this circle several times. Finally I was told they couldn't figure out the problem and couldn't keep looking into it without charging more money. It's in worse shape than before I took it in. Later on I discovered the MAF sensor was left unplugged and the other day discovered they didn't attach the motor cover, didn't even put the screws back in, and it slid off as I was looking for where the coolant was leaking now. It's a new discovery each week. Almost $800 and nothing was any better.

We ran over a piece of plastic on our way to South Carolina from Ohio and was lucky enough to stumble into Mack’s. As soon as we pulled in and told them the scenario our car was jacked up and the tire was plugged in less than 5 minutes. Great service, highly recommend!

Put transmission in and said they put new fluid in it,i Changed it the next day and it wasn’t new fluid,the transmission is making a squeaking sound...probably the throw out bearing that they said was new but probably isn’t...liars and scammers.do not let them work on your car or it will cost you more money to have it done right at another shop.
