Over the holidays, I sent my first package overseas to my military son. The lady at the front counter helped walk me through everything I needed to know. I truly appreciated her help and made something a bit stressful into a breeze. Thank you!

The post office as a whole sucks! I have two homes and frequently change my address. This has gotten to be almost impossible. To solve my recent problem, I went to the ranson West Virginia post office and the two ladies working the counter were very helpful and I think they solved my problem. These two ladies are exemplary and deserve recognition for trying to provide service to the customers.

Mail with 2 large checks sent from this location were lost within 3 mo ths. I'm stuck paying bank "stop payment" fees and dealing with late payments due to this. 20 years and no problems with Harpers Ferry, and Charles Town to a lesser extent. I'm obviously going back to HF, though now it's out of my way. If it's happened to me how many others is this ineptitude affecting? Once maybe but twice in such a short time? No. Very sad and totally stressing ordeal! A credit crusher for sure.

Possibly have a package in our mailbox no key left to open the box. Happy to have a superior of the building come out and find out it was in the wrong box and let us know it was there. Gotten the key and gotten our package. Sadly a big headache on all parts.

Terrible customer service. Disengaged, antagonistic… if these ladies could have their way, the doors would stay closed so they didn’t have to serve any customers. No one there is friendly or wants to be there. It’s time for newer faces and actual customer service.

Absolutely as incompetent (or maybe more so) as every other post office. How hard can it be to deliver a package with the address printed on the outside?

This location needs a "wait here until called" line. I stopped there earlier today to mail a package. I had an issue with my debit card while paying for my transaction and the customer behind me stepped up and looked over my shoulder thinking they could assist with the problem. I told the person that they were invading my space and privacy. Who does this??? In today's society, identity theft is a major issue and as citizens of this country, we all need to show respect for other people's space and privacy.

Ordered a handmade sign off etsy. Package arrived, it was wrapped in bubble wrap, and had 2 big red stickers on the box "FRAGILE: Handle with care!" Opened the box and the wooden picture was destroyed. Wood glue couldn't even fix it! Based off of the condition, it honestly looks as if USPS stepped on it or put something heavy on it.
