I am not a makeup girlie; so I've never personally shopped at Sephora. However, I decided to pop in because I needed a Calvin Klein fragrance set for Christmas. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. One particular associate showed me around the store and advised me on 4C hair care products. I was able to create a personalized hair oil sample for my sister as a gift ❤.

Reasonable selection of products, mediocre customer service, terrible system when it comes to recognizing your account with them. They refuse to accept either Sephora Beauty Insider cards (that is, the membership card you get with your account) or your phone number to connect your purchase to your account. They only accept email addresses, which rarely ever take even when correct (either in this or previous transactions). My cashier wouldn't type in my member ID either, claiming it was impossible and they could only accept emails, which is ridiculous. I have only ever had this happen at *this* Sephora, and it is ridiculous they don't even accept membership cards (which other Sephoras take, by the way -- the cashier implied this was not the case). Very bothered I was unable to claim my birthday gift this month due to this. I would not recommend this establishment, and I do not intend to return until they fix their system.

The staff are very helpful and I just had the best experience ever with a return/exchange on men's cologne. The girl with purple in her hair was very accommodating.

The customer sales clerk doing the Amazon returns service needs to fix her lousy attitude while troubleshooting on her defective scanner. She needs to find a new line of work if she is THIS unprofessional and classless around people.

i love Kohl's.. they always have wide shoes... they really have nice stuff.. it just you really have to watch for sales.. prices are high.. but yes i would recommend Kohl's... Thank you...

The store allows people inside to not wear protective masks. Today I saw this very robust tall muscular fellow walking all over the store without a mask on and then he went to customer service where it should've been obvious that he did not have a mask and he stood in line and was waited on and then he left. Why is a state mandate ignored? Not a single employee approached the man while I was shopping so I just left my cart and exited.
