I spoke with Sandy today (5-25-2023) and she was so patient and helpful to understand the changes in my insurance. She even reviewed my account to make sure I was getting the most discounted rates for the coverage I wanted. She was very understanding and provided a wonderful customer experience! I went to my agent's office shortly after my traffic accident. Mr. Lewis' calm demeanor helped me focus on details. He took the initiative to fill out necessary reports sparing mez he contacted the Enterprise car rental on my behalf, and explained the next procedures and who should soon be calling me.

If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely awful. I added a car to my policy called 3 months later to update my account info, they changed my due date and that added $130 to my payment. They stated it was their error but could not do anything to fix it amd told me they could take me off autopay and I could find another insurance provider. My kids have to go without because I have to pull the money from somewhere. Thanks for ruining Halloween and my kids birthdays. I have to use the money I put aside for costumes and a birthday party now has to go to Allstate.
