Due to the sudden loss of one of my dogs, I didn't realize that I was almost out of dog food. Ran into Petco to find what I normally feed my dogs. They do not carry that brand. However, I am pleased that I was able to speak to one of their employees, Zach, who had a wealth of knowledge on which dog foods may be the closest to the brand that I normally feed them. He asked the ages and breeds of my other dogs to try and help me find the best option. Very pleased with the service here. I will definitely return.

They sold two pink gourami’s and swore they get 6in. No they do not. They get 12-15.5in. PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF IF YOU RUN A PET STORE. If you go to this location please look up the sizes and tank size needed for your fish since they have no idea what they are talking about. Bunch of idiots work in here. Even the manager argued with me.

The turn over in this groomer department is extraordinary, and good help must be hard to find. From the unprofessional "groomer manager" to the unprofessional fellow in shorts and a t shirt who said he was the store manager. Customer service, common courtesy, professionalism, and kindness to animals is lost on these people. The groomer was trimming my dogs nails and paged for someone to the grooming center. The fellow in shorts in a t shirt came and went to assist. My dog immediately started yelping. When I peaked around the corner, I saw what can only be described as some sort of wrestling hold. My dog was yelping non stop! Not a little a lot! After two years of going here that has never happened before. The dog was obviously in distress. My wife leaned in and said "please stop he is going to bite you", "please wait a sec", give him a minute please" the fellow had my dog wrapped up and was hurting him. When my wife's plea's went ignored except a response from him " dogs yelp lady calm down". I came around the corner and said stop immediately and bring me my dog, from the look on his face i guess he didn't realize I was there. I took my dog and left. My wife stayed and the manager offered a refund, he was smirky for lack of a better terms and condescending to my wife. He is very lucky I was outside with my dog. We will not be back. Even if you have to drive further away like us, I would suggest you do, unless you want to experience this kind of service, and put your pet through this.

I've never had a personal bad experience but today we witnessed one of the groomers being so mean to a little Pomeranian. It broke my heart. I would never take my dogs there to be groomed. So sad.

Just bought a bag of wellness dog food and this is what was in it. My dog was throwing up, drooling out of the mouth and horrible diarrhea. Needless to say when I returned the bag they didn’t care and were not concerned about it at all. Poor customer service and seemed as if this was no surprise to her, as if she knew the dog food was bad

The groomer trimmed my dogs face way too short. She told me "it would grow into what I wanted" Would not recommend.

Our newest dog "Brodie Bear" took two classes at the Ranson Petco. Laura was excellent and showed her over 30 years of experience. It was useful to expose Brody to other dogs in a controlled situation and the people all seemed to care about what they were doing. On the downside -- we have never successfully gotten a rebate for buying training. It always seemed to require calls to the 800 number, transferring e-mailed info somewhere and whatnot. If they fixed this I would be a totally happy camper!

Had my Labradoodle take the beginning and advanced dog training from Laura at Petco, Ranson, WV. The training was very good, my dog learned a lot. Laura is a very good trainer I definitely recommend this training as well as Laura at Ranson, WV Petco.

Jen is awesome with Focker. He's a huge flight risk, would rather face down a coyote than be touched by humans. He walks out smelling great and with his tail high. He know he looks good!
