Melissa was phenomenal, informative, and personable! She explained everything in great detail, listened to our needs, and never made us feel rushed. I was impressed and felt great about our purchase. She let us know the deals that were happening for Black Friday, pulled out different mattress options, and worked hard to get us the best combination that met our needs. I cannot express enough how much fun it was mattress shopping with her at our side! :) So pleased and excited to have our new set delivered this week!

Melissa Staubs is very helpful and professional. Science informs so many other things in our life, and mattress buying is now one of them. She has a scanner bed, I guess you could call it, and you answer some questions, lay down on it, and it suggests beds that will best meet your needs. There are so many advances and improvements in beds, and I learned a lot! Melissa is very knowledgeable and friendly, and she will educate you without being pushy.

Walked in off the street and into a very pleasant experience. Melissa is A++ quality salesperson.Experienced,knowledgeable,not pushy , willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were beyond comfortable with our decisions.I need another bed in the future for my daughter and I will never go anywhere else.This was the best experience, I never felt sold or upsold or rushedThanks so much , hang on to her!

Andrew had a great sales approach. He wasn’t pushy, was effective in explaining similarities and differences, and he was patient. He was also effective in explaining how the delivery would occur, which happened to be the very next day. Highly recommended.

I've just purchased a Nectar Queen mattress from the Ranson branch and were advised by Andrew that within 4-6 hours, the mattress will inflate and i would be able to sleep on it.However, after 48 hours, it still hasn't fully inflated, along with the pillows provided, so I went back to the shop to ask what I can do. Andrew told me that it will take between 48 to 72 hours and to contact Nectar direct!! I wasn't told any of this initially - although I've just looked at Nectar website and these time frames are advertised.He was so disinterested that I commented about his lack of customer satisfaction. Either train him or find someone who cares as I'll never go there again.
