Wasted my time driving in here from Inwood because I called and asked if they would take an exchange from TJ Maxx since it’s a sister store but I didn’t have the receipt but tags were still attached. I wanted to just exchange a Halloween blanket for another Halloween piece of decor so essentially I wouldn’t be getting any money back and be exchanging or spending money at this location. When I got to the register, the employee told me she wasn’t sure why the person who I spoke to on the phone told me that because they have different barcodes. You really do need to work on your employees to have the proper That way customers aren’t informed or waste their time driving in there because that’s someone’s time that they spent. Your employees need to understand that giving false information can cost of businesses reputation.

Was yelled at by the cashier as soon as I walked in the door. Was told that they were closing in an hour, so I had 30 minutes in the store. Customers were also present at the registers. I looked for a minute and was out of there. I thought this was very rude on their part. There are better ways to let people know that you will be closing soon. Not a happy, use to be customer.

Stopped by today to pick out a few things. The woman at the fitting room was extremely rude. When I handed her the garnets that I didn't want, she acted like she didn't want to do her job to hang things back up.
However, everyone else that I interacted with who were stocking the shelves and cashed us out were friendly.

Shelves are a mess, you really have to look. TJ Maxx is much more organized with same product!!

This Marshall’s is a solid Marshall’s. I’ve visited some that are better stocked- but for our population and location this one is very good. Dressing rooms are always very clean. And the aisles and clothing racks are always cleaned up or are being worked on. The check out line can be quite long and sometimes rather slow. I would recommend being prepared for a decent wait on most evenings.

Bought my dog treats here. He got sick from them. So I was looking at them and found they were full of moths! I will not purchase dog treats from Marshals ever again.Done things are high to be a discount type store. And some things are very reasonable. You can find beautiful clothes etc.. just have to check things over well..

absolutely horrible, I don’t know whenever the employees here think they can start making up rules, specifically Carla.. do not bother calling here about anything Hello Kitty because they’ll lie and tell you they can’t “disclose” HK items over the phone, which isn’t the case I’ve talked to multiple other Marshall’s about the issue.. so yeah, they kind of suck here.
