always a issue when i go.....always...so i switched to cvs . noone seems to know anything here . no communication at all . you speak to one person then when you get there to pick up your prescription you have to go through the same thing you just went through over the phone.

I've never had a bad experience here. Everything is executed in a timely fashion with excellent customer service. My only complaint is they're not open on Sundays. ?

This is a local pharmacy that gives excellent service. They have a drive up window and will let you know when your prescription will be ready so there is never an issue with waiting in a long line when you aren't feeling well. They also offer home delivery. I highly recommend .

Jefferson Pharmacy knows me as my given name Marian Banks. They're Awesome. All staff are great, delivery service is great. I've been using them since about 2011, moved here June 2011. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. Theyr all so very nice and helpful.

This pharmacy is amazing. A friend of mine went on hospice. We changed to this pharmacy and they were amazing. They delivered the medicine to our door. We had issues at the other pharmacy with pre-authorizations and paper work. When we switched they absolutely took care of everything so we could focus on caring for my friend. Support a small amazing pharmacy like this and you will not regret it. Thank you for your help!

Jefferson pharmacy made numerous mistakes when it came to our medications. Because of there mistakes it got my wife sick. The worse part is Jefferson pharmacy tried saying she had the right amount.Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Lindsay in medical supplies was so helpful with CPAP issue. In town visiting relatives & forget a part of cpap needed to use. She returned my call quickly & had what I needed. Really appreciate how nice they were.

Needed delivery of walker to the hospital in order to be discharged. Had to wait all day for the device to be delivered. Even hospital staff was disappointed in lateness. Walker was too short for 6'4" person

My wife and I have been using Jefferson Pharmacy for about a year for C-PAP supplies. Jefferson has made it so very easy to receive supplies with no problems at all. The company we dealt with in Martinsburg was not a good experience. We would recommend Jefferson to anyone who is in need of medical supplies.

After running into countless problems, from insurance issues, to dosage questioning, then to time working against us, Jefferson Pharmacy made it happen for my infant! Even through a severe thunderstorm Jefferson Pharmacy got my daughters prescriptions to my door without her having to miss a dose. This Pharmacy is by far the best. I will never go to another pharmacy as long as Jefferson Pharmacy is around. I truly feel that every single employee cares for the well-being of my family and they show it every time.
