Jason is the best!
Fixed our van issues that we brought him from another shop (their first letters are the same as that little old band from Texas) that did a terrible job. He even took care of the warranty issue with Jasper for the transmission. I can say I am severely disappointed with Jasper for not honoring their product and leaving it to Jason to find the solution to the problem. At least Jasper said they would at least pay me back the extra $1,000 I had to pay to get a replacement transmission and would cover over $400 in labor costs. But Jason went the extra mile and fixed their problem for them and got my van running.
I highly recommend J&K for your repair needs!

10 ?'s ? I wouldn't trust ANYONE else with my Benz 2007 C230 Sport. That includes the actual Mercedes Benz dealerships. Very kind staff and very reasonable prices. Control arm broke in a very tight spot. Jason & 1 of his mechanics put almost 2 hours of man power, patience, tricks of the trade so they could turn her around & on his truck. When 2 other tow companies wanted me to sign a waiver so they would not be reliable for damages that would occur. That's been over 2 yrs ago. Only one time has she been to another dealership only because she had to go to a Benz dealership for key fob.

Haven't had much luck with finding a good mechanic since moving to Jefferson County a couple Years ago. Came across a fantastic tire place (Tireville) and finally wised up and called them for a recommendation for a mechanic from a trustworthy business. Was sent here.
Not gonna lie, when I first pulled in I absolutely groaned thinking it looked shady as all get out. Looked like a small business that would be filled with people smoking inside the waiting room, and was afraid they'd make my car smell bad.
Decided to give them a shot since they came so highly recommended. Super glad I did!
The place was clean, and filled with super nice, friendly people. They had me in and out in a super reasonable time. Definitely will be returning here for any future needs.

Had my car into this little gem of a shop hidden in Ranson, WV. Shelly was extraordinary. What a great gal with a matched personality ?
They got me in quick, and had me up and running in no time.
This business has been around for over 30 years I was told, which is pretty damn impressive. They definitely know what they're doing, their communication is perfect. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be coming around again!

I knew my vehicle needed some general maintenance. J & K Percision Auto Care did not try to hassle me into buying or replacing anything additional. They did exactly what I asked for, which was wonderful! From the time I called to make the appointment to picking up my vehicle, their staff was friendly and professional.
