Longhaired WOW fan treated us like we had no money, and even after buying mags and 9mm rounds, he acted like he was the smartest gun̈ner pushing a Cavalier or some dented trash. Typical gun shop tough guy. You would think that a better attitude would serve the company better. So sorry we interrupted his extremely busy day being the only customers in the store. The online sales must be amazing since we were apparently idiots with cash in an empty store.
Hope his baby mama and crew love that fantastic attitude.

Called on the phone to ask if an uncommon part was in stock, they were very friendly and went out of their way to source me a part same-day. Small shop, but looked to stock all the basics and more. Will be back soon!

Knowledgeable staff, good for basic gunsmith needs and handy for transfers from online orders. Their prices on inventory seem a bit steep but they make up for it in quality and honesty. If you need FFL or gunsmith services in Charles Town, and would rather not drive somewhere else, these guys are great.

This place had a very helpful employee who was very knowledgeable about the guns and products that were for sale. He was very patient with my wife and also offered classes permits and training. There selection was really good and prices were reasonable. I would recommend this over other shops even if you had to travel up to an hour.

Nice group of guys here. Stopped in on a whim, and picked up a gorgeous Belgian FN High-Power for a great price! It's nice to stumble upon something that you don't come across in gun shops anymore. Check this place out!

This was by far the best gun shop I have ever been to. The staff was absolutely amazing from being incredibly patient and informative with me to giving me advice and options in terms of firearms, magazines, plate carriers and holsters.I am learning more about guns outside of the military and Abe, Bear, and Ruth were fantastic about showing me the guns I was interested in as well as alternatives based upon my size, use and customized what they showed me based on what U was describing. They were also knowledgeable about local regulations for firearms throughout the DMV.I would 110% recommend this armory based on inventory, knowledge, friendless and overall customer service!

Quoted about week turnaround time to swap an AK trigger. Six weeks later I called to check on status and was informed it hasn't been looked at yet, but was assured it would be completed by weeks end. Fair enough. Two weeks later I'm picking up my unfinished rifle. Apparently a five dollar spring was needed to complete the installation. Never ordered said spring or called to let me know, just tossed the parts back in the carry case. Then had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor by not charging to disassemble the gun.
