The only issue is they do not offer washing your hair unless you ask. If the don't wash your hair you should get 5-10$ off the price.

I've been here many times before for a simple wash, cut, & blow-dry and had a great experience. A few months ago I made the decision to get highlights done in my hair and came here. I liked them for a the most part but she could've gone farther into the roots. The second time I went to get my highlights refreshed it was the same thing. They could've gone a little farther towards my roots, but I liked my hair. Every time I have had a different stylist and this evening I went back for another refresh on my highlights... but this time I'm really disappointed. The highlights are uneven, and she definitely did not go into my roots far enough - this time it was far more noticeable to ignore. I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay for this considering how disappointing it turned out. Not sure if there's the possibility of getting a refund but I didn't realize how uneven it was until I got home :( Attaching pictures below...
